Here you will find most commonly asked questions we get about our desks:

* How soon will you ship my desk or feather chest?
          Each desk in built to order; we typically ship four to six weeks upon receipt of your payment. Please be aware that Father's Day and the Christmas season are very bust times for us.
It's best to plan ahead for the holidays!

* What forms of payment do you accept?
       We accept all major credit cards through Paypal and Google Checkout. We also will accept your personal check or money orders via USPS.  

* How do you ship and know when my desk will arrive?
          We ship UPS Ground. We will send an e-mail with the tracking number and scheduled date for delivery.

* What are the shipping costs?
          By default, our website will bill the price at 60.00 per unit. The actual cost will vary according to the product ordered and shipping destination. We will e-mail an invoice with your final cost, and issue a credit (if needed) for those paying with Paypal.

 *Are your desks difficult to assemble?
          Actually, assembly is quite simple following the enclosed instructions. Each desk is fully pre-assembled at our shop. Our unique fastening system and hardware is designed to re-assemble your desk quickly with a hammer and a Phillip's screwdriver.

* Can I get my desk in a wood different than Alder?
          Absolutely! Please e-mail us with your wood of choice and we'll respond with a quote. We've produced our desks in Oak, Cherry, Maple and Mahogany for many clients.

* Can I get a color to match my existing furniture?
           You bet! The Sherwin-Williams Store has branches throughout the country. They have a huge variety of colors in their "Wood Classics" stain. Find the color best suited for your taste and e-mail us your choice. No purchase is neccesary.

* How do I "customize" the tile in my hutch?  
           If you are able to e-mail a high-resolution image (300 dpi in  .jpeg format), we can probably have it transfered to a tile.There is a $35.00 fee per tile.

* Can I change tiles at a later time if I want?
         Sure you can! There is access behind the tile allowing you to pop out the existing tile and replace it with a different one.

* Can I find your desk at my favorite Fly Shop?
         In the past, our desks were available at many fine retail stores and fly fishing internet sites. However, we currently are offering our desks only through tibbalswoodstudio.net
